Very Basic House Except for Pool

"The house was not at all great for the price except for the pool. The only reason I rented was because nothing else was available at the last moment. All beds were old, poor quality of bedding. Bathrooms were poor quality. Jacuzzi wasn't working. The only good thing was the pool. No drinking water from the refridgerator. "

Needs Work

"Poor kitchen, rusty kitchenware, poor bathrooms, poor water heater. This house needs an upgrade. TV room was ok. Outside siting area was ok. reservation team's work is excelent. "

Great Fun House

"For the short time we spent there it was great. Nothing was lacking. The property was great. It had lots of sleeping room. The Patio area was perfect to hang out in during the day and at night. All my friends were there this weekend as well. This was our second trip together to Palm Springs for my birthday and it looks like it may become a yearly tradition. Everyone was great to work with. Through email I've dealt with Justin and Portia and all my emails were promptly answered. "

Great for the Weekend

"The property was great for 10 people for a casual weekend! I worked with Justin and he was AMAZING. He answered all my questions and really made me feel comfortable about renting the house. Rick came to the house when we arrived and he didn't know the property too well. He said the lights will come on via the timers (and most never did) and he said he would call us to schedule time warner to come out and fix the cable. He never followed up and luckily we knew how to install it ourselves. Great for the weekend "

Great Value Home in a Perfect Location

"The home was clean and had everything that we needed. The location was central and well-suited to the activities that we did while in Palm Springs. Unfortunately, the spa did not work and some of us would have liked to use the spa - - a repair company was called but was unable to come on such short notice. "
