Nice Holiday Vacation

"The size and layout of this property were great, and the neighborhood and mountain views were spectacular. The upgraded kitchen is a real plus if you like to cook like we do. The separate guest room was nice for my adult niece, and provided a bathroom and TV close to the pool. The outdoor firepit was a highlight, as were the herb garden and fruit trees. I wouldn't recommend this property for people with young children (like us) because of things like the doors to the pool that are easy to open and unable to be locked and the fire place in the living room that is uncovered and filled with glass beads. The back yard and pool are shaded quite a bit, so keep that in mind when booking. Overall a very nice place to vacation for those looking for a lot of space. We had quick responses to our requests for assistance during our stay, although the toilet never did get fixed and it kept running. We added an extra day during our stay, and the transaction was quick. Vacation Palm Springs is very well run with nice properties, and we will book with them again next year. "

Fabulous Mountain Views and Atmosphere

"This home left nothing to be desired. It far exceeded our expectations. The view is what I came for and I got more mountain than I could have imagined. If this home was for sale, I would buy it....... Wonderful. It can't get any better than this. (Unless, I can buy the home and you can manage it for me when I am not in town. I would love to retire there.) The reservation team handled all of our concerns promptly and the property managers are to be praised and treasured. They took an unpleasant situation and wiped it out of our minds with a spectacular upgrade and gifts to boot. You have a wonderful organization and I know that we will be coming to you again and again. Thanks so much......... Without a doubt, I would recommend your top notch organization!!! For me, there is no other and I cannot imagine any company that does what you do coming close to your excellence. "

Nice House

"We had a good experience with your reservation team. Very responsive. The home was nice. It would have been nice to have been able to park our cars in the garage. Your team was great and very helpful with ant traps and spray that was needed. Also, thanks for your second recommendation for baby equipment rentals. Desert Baby Rentals was great! "

Wonderful

"The home was spacious, with great beds and plenty of towels for the pool. The outside could have used a good sweep. The sprinklers came on during the day. We do apologize for the dirtied patio area. We had light rain on the morning of your arrival and many of our properties were a bit messy with the mix of desert dust and a light rain. This is very rare, and we apologize. - Nate in property management Sergio and Nate were awesome. "
