Quiet Modern

"Tv channel guide was different then the actual channels. I enjoyed the property and felt very comfortable and relaxed while staying there. the pool was wonderful and the grounds were well maintained and beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful at night and the kitchen allowed us to prepare great food and enjoy the patio setting. Yes, it was a positive experience. "

Bright and Spacious

"The information in the welcome book and the brochures in the drawers give good suggestions. The library is close by and for a nominal fee you can join and take out DVDs and CD,s as well as books. The condo was just as the pictures portrayed. I liked the skylights and glass doors to the patio. The beds were comfortable. The large, flat screen TV worked well as did the DVD player. The High dining table and high bar stools were comfortable. Lots of mirrors made it seem larger. The location was near supermarkets, a gym movies. Yes, we loved it. It was our 6th year coming to Palm Springs. The reservation team was cooperative and answered our questions patiently. The property managers were very good about getting things repaired. We had several items that need repairing and the men came within a few hours when called. "

I Highly Recommend It

"I would highly recommend renting a condo like this one close to the wonderful downtown area of Palm Springs. Take advantage of all the great hiking trails & natural beauty of this area. Also, the golf & tennis facilities are tremendous. The condo was very comfortable & close to most of the activities we enjoy when visiting Palm Springs. The beds were firm & supportive. It was located in a very quiet neighborhood. All the windows & skylights were great. I would highly recommend it. Our interactions with the staff were very positive. They were quite helpful. Suggest a new dishwasher. It did not work very well. It is the only reason I did not rate this condo a "5 star". (note from the homeowner: Issue with the dishwasher has been resolved.) "
