This famous, private architectural home designed by Charles Du Bois, sits on the highest peak of Las Palmas, affording you views in every direction. The 18 ft soaring arched ceiling and walls of glass make this home fabulously light, bright and modern.

Located across the street from the famed Elvis Honeymoon House and tennis courts, and elevated over most of Las Palmas, you can enjoy valley views and massive southern and western views at every turn, as well as perfect mountain and pool views that you can almost touch.

Former home of Rona Barrett, famed gossip columnist, this is the house from which Ms. Barrett blew the whistle on nation-wide television about Elvis's forthcoming marriage to Priscilla. They had to flee out the backdoor to waiting limousines to take them to Las Vegas in Frank Sinatra's private plane for the ceremony.

This house is spacious, open and bright and boasts an 18 foot high rock fireplace and walls of glass in the Great Living Area. Completely overhauled, using the highest quality of materials, including Ann Sacks glass tiled baths and fixtures. Poured terrazzo with mother of pearl inlay is used throughout the entire house.

The large kitchen features stainless miele appliances and a fun bar to enjoy the views and a cocktail. Most of the bedrooms have their own attached bath and walls of glass out to private sitting areas. Approx living space 2900 sq feet.

The main house features 4 bedrooms nicely separated. The large Guest House features a grand sit down steam shower, bathroom, and separate bedroom/living area.

Everything Was Perfect

"everything was perfect! All the rooms were amazing and each had their own unique style. The master bedroom was the most fabulous and the casita has it's own steam shower! We had to draw names so we wouldn't fight over the rooms! The kitchen is fully stocked w/all the utensils/appliances you would ever want. There is no coffee grinder, so buy already ground coffee. There is a bar-hello! In house and pool side stereo system. Awesome salt water black bottom pool w/pool toys included! Hot tub time machine. Lounge chairs/outside couch/one huge umbrella. All we did all weekend was lounge by the pool w/coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. The evenings were spent w/more cocktails and candlelight gourmet grilling poolside. There is a 12 person outside table & chairs. All the linens/papery you would ever need were provided also. Bonus: when you check out there are minimal chores for you to do. I have rented VRBO's in the past and they give you this list of chores to do, but this place was easy! I'm already researching other places to come back in Sept. w/a smaller group-can't wait! We talked to Justin upon reservation and w/questions and he was great! We had some cable/TV problems and one of the property managers came out right away and fixed everything! I think it was Nate? "

Ideal Location for Small Business Retreat

"I highly recommend the property we stayed at and recommend that the guests go hiking at the Indian Canyons. Fantastic. The home was amazing and accommodated our team very comfortably. Great Relaxing Bachelor Party Weekend

"If you want a fun golf course that even people who have really never played golf will enjoy, play the Trilogy at La Quinta Golf Club course. There is no ruff and its a ton of fun. 7 of us enjoyed the house for the 3-day president's day weekend. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen and the backyard were fabulous! The property management company was all great. The key info given to me was wrong but I called and received the correct information immediately. Need a washer and dryer accessible. "
