Authentic, Very Neat

"This property was very authenticate in its architecture and you could see the efforts the home owner put in to make it that way. Very neat house especially if you are not familiar with the architecture style. Extensive listings on the website and ability to talk to a person made this rental very easy on only two days notice. Only dissappointment was the lack of WiFi service which was listed as an amenity (and the house didn't have). Numerous calls to rectify never solved the problem and I finally gave up trying as did the property managers. "

Perfect for Parents with 2 Teens

"With quick access from the airport, we arrived in minutes. The house exceded our expectations (and we had seen the on-line pics), great decor, very open and airy, super clean, pool and hot tub ready for enjoyment. Everyone had their own bedroom, bathroom and tv - eliminating the teen "competitions" that can crop up when that's not the case. The landscaping around the pool created a both private and pretty setting. The rustic design style puts you in a place and mood that is a nice departure from the typical condo appointments one finds in many vacation dwellings. Everything was in place and we we truly 100% satisfied. The reservations, email documentation, etc all went perfectly. I made one quick e-mail right before we left to inquire about turning on the pool and I received a super promp response that it was on and ready for us. "

"Would be better if beds were not so low in BR's 1 & 2. Need more eating utensils. Lamps did not work in living room. House was clean, roomy and comfortable. Loved the pool and spa. Convenient access off Palm Canyon Drive Hwy (111). "

Fabulous House

"The home was incredibly beautiful and spacious, with a great view. Loved that the pool was warm right when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and cooking utensils, and the place was spotless. It gave us a great feeling right when we walked in the door. When I spoke to Nate upon departure (I think that's who I talked to) he was very nice and upbeat. It would've been nice to have had a few more towels, since we kept going in and out of the pool. Also we wanted to vacuum a little while we were there, and the vacuum didn't work- we ended up purchasing one. "
