"it was a better option for us with 2 young kids. having the pool, kitchen and all the kitchen appliances made for an easy stay. sliding doors (living room/master bedroom) need to be updated. especially the bedroom door. Nathan was very helpful during our stay. "

Just As We Had Hoped

"The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures, even better. The landscaping was beautiful, the house immaculate, the neighborhood quiet and one of the better neighborhoods in Palm Springs, full of Alexanders. Ours was probably the nicest on the street. The pool and jacuzzi were great. Our only issue was that they were only lukewarm when we arrived. Not knowing how to make them hotter, we called Vacation Palm Springs. Someone was over literally 5 minutes later and fixed it. "

Modern Pool-Side Fun

"The house was very clean, and nicely furnished. It made a nice, modern statement. The colors and upholstery felt warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the wall of windows overlooking the pool and hot tub. Everyone at the house enjoyed the time on the pool deck. We were are happily surprised to have the wireless internet and i-pod docking stations throughout the house. We rent homes regularly, and sometimes find ourselves hard to please. However, this house left nothing to be desired. Even the neighborhood was full of friendly people! It was a cozy, modern home away from home. The reservation process was flawless. On our first morning at the house, we called for help with the hottub. A property manager was there within 15 minutes, and got everything going without delay. "

Perfect Getaway for Friends.

"The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured--no photo effects, it's just as nice as it shows online! Plenty of space for a group of couples celebrating a birthday. The pool heating is worth it, and the backyard was the perfect place to relax all day. Also, the backyard is very private and the high walls kept the winds out. Even though it was really windy outside, we barely took notice of it in the backyard. Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. Would like to see more instructions on how to use the outdoor fire pit--we read the instructions and were looking for a gel until we called and were instructed that we should use the tiki oil. Also, it took three different people to realize that the bbq was not electric and was in fact, charcoal. Would be nice if charcoal was already available for guests. Everyone was great and easy to get a hold of. When we realized the bbq was a charcoal grill and we needed charcoal, someone offered to have some dropped off, but we didn't want to trouble them and bought some on our grocery trip ourselves. "

Pretty Cool Home!

"When I saw the pictures online, it seemed like a good place to rent for the weekend. When we arrived everything was pretty self explanatory and the property was very nice. I was really looking forward to the Jacuzzi....that being said, it never really got hot...which was a bummer. (Thank you for letting us know. A Great Weekend

"My full experience was great. Everything was clean and there was a fairly good amount of detail paid to documentation of how to use the applicances in the house. The Boss speakers do not work properly and we couldn't figure out how to turn the outside speakers. We could not figure out what was the key to the towel closet even though it sometimes opened when pulled. (Thank you for the feedback. We have confirmed the indoor speakers are operational, but the outdoor speakers have been disconnected, as Palm Springs City Ordinance prohibits all outdoor music at vacation rental properties. - Tim in Property Management) Reservation was quick and easy. Endless Summer

"The house we stayed in was clean and very well stocked.The only downside about our stay was that the pool wasn't cold at all, in fact the hot tub was a bit colder than the actual pool and I didn't check the pool heating option either but the pool lights made up for it.Besides that everything was perfect and the beds were very comfortable. A universal remote would be very helpful. Everything was done via email so no complaints. Very easy and simple. Yes, I would recommend and have already recommended Vacation palm springs to my friends. "

Marvelous Holiday Stay

"We liked that the home was clean and well stocked. The kitchen and baths were great, with plenty of swim towels. The accommodations suited us perfectly. It's worth the extra to have the pool & hot tub heated. The sheets could be upgraded to higher thread count sheets. The home could use better lighting; especially in the living room. Two of the bedrooms need to have dressers. Nate in reservations was great. "

Exactly As Advertised

"The house was what we expected and more from the online ad. Very well supplied kitchen, great decor and pool, laundry, and linens Enjoyed the misting system on the patio and the colored lights in pool at night. We were pleasantly surprised to find wi-fi...was not mentioned in ad. Only problem was the t.v./cable was way too complicated...needs a universal remote control. All questions were answered promptly by phone or email. "
