"This was our third time to rent a home and we loved this house. It is in a very good location close to downtown and was very private. The house had everything we needed to have a very relaxing vacation with our extended family and beloved pets. The pool is perfect and was very well maintained. If you like birds you will see all types living in the trees of this home. We will be back. There is a water pressure issue when you use the master shower which was great that causes the other baths to not have any pressure. The hot tub light is either out or we couldn't find a switch and the master closet light bulbs were out and we couldn't reach them to change them. There were some ants in the guest bathroom that may need to be treated. It would be great to have new window coverings as most are getting old and hard to operate and the views are great so you want to open all of them during the day. None of these things caused us to not love the house but would make it just that much better and most aren't too hard to fix. We had a great experience with staff. "We had a wonderful time during our recent stay. The house is immaculate and in perfect condition. The decor is well-chosen and the master bedroom shower spacious. The outdoor living room and kitchen were a truly special feature. We lived in the jacuzzi, which heated up rapidly on demand. Floating in the pool and gazing at the incredible view of the mountains was such a peacful, relaxing experience. Our only regret was that there were only two of us when this house would be ideal for a larger group to share.

"We did enjoy our vacation. This home is large and sprawling, with lots of private spaces if you need it. The common area's were our favourite. Only 3 bedrooms, odd for such a large home. NOT senior friendly, the pool area is a challenge to navigate and includes a lot of hazards for anyone with mobility issues, as do the bathrooms. However the pool is very large, with a deep end and everyone loved the pool. If not for the care and attention of the Vacation Palm Springs staff this could have been a far less enjoyable vacation. "Great Indoor/Outdoor living space - with updated, modern design! Great space for 8-10 people - private and luxurious with everything you would need! Will definielty be returning. The South split bedroom/wing was kind of musty - we opened up the doors to air it out and it was better. The sleeper sofa off of that bedroom has a pretty bad mattress - not suitable for sleeping on. Was nice that almost everything we needed in the kitchen was there. In the kitchen we would suggest some tupperware or cling wrap. Otherwise, everything else we happened to need was there - from a cocktail muddler to shaker to baking pans and a whisk. Tons of glassware and plates to go around! Great service from team members - worked with Justin and Nate. Jerry had to come over to instruct us how to turn on the spa, he was very nice. We would definitely recommend Vacation Palm Springs. We rented this house for a Girl's Weekend for a 10-year college reunion for (8). We graduated in Interior Design and are pretty particular (maybe even considered design snobs - lol) and I have to say - this place was amazing and perfect for us!
