"We really enjoyed the fact that everything was spacious and nice. We did not actually take advantage of all the house had to offer, but it was nice to know that it was there. The second living room was huge and the bar was nice, we just never really used it. The grounds were nice, pool looked great, plenty of fun to be had here. The bedrooms were all really nice, resort quality. Justin was very helpful with the reservation and answered all my questions. "We have rented this facility several times now and really love it. Private rooms with lots of bathrooms, and a wonderfully sized jacuzzi. The pool was resurfaced and is nice and smooth. Great retreat location, go to your room for some quiet, or meditate in the back yard. Quiet neighborhood. Suggestions: would like more plates for serving a crew. "From the moment we walked into this home, it was clean and comfortable. We needed nothing and loved every minute. While there, Palm Springs had its worst wind storm in years. The pool and backyard were a mess and a leak occurred on the roof of the casita. The property mgrs were professional, quick to respond, and the backyard and pool were clean and sparkling and ready for our post-wedding bbq in a matter of hours. We'd return without hesitation and recommend this home and company to everyone. It was GREAT!! A suggestion? Better lighting (for makeup) in the bathrooms and a fan in the bathroom off the master bedroom (corner of kitchen) - just because it got pretty damp in there after a shower. Those are minor and did not negatively affect our stay in any way. We really loved everything about this house. "Updated, state-of-the-art, and modern home, made us feel very comfortable during our stay. The backyard and pool area was just another extension of the home and was very inviting as well. "This mid-century Palm Springs house not only housed 12 comfortably, each with their own private spaces, but the outdoor areas with a putting green, chess, fire pit, ping pong table, and of course the beautiful pool made this a perfect setting for a large family gathering. We felt so at home here want to come back! We would have loved more of a history of the home with early photos in the welcome book. Also, the looseleaf binder could have included more local information such as addresses of the nearest hospital, list of restaurants, and attractions (library, art museums, etc) for example.(Thank you for your feedback. There is a binder at the property that includes history of the house plus a list of local recommended restaurants. "We really enjoyed the oudoor living. The pool and hot tub were both very clean and warmed just right. We felt like the bathroom linens needed to be a better quality. Two of the beds were very low to the ground making it hard on we older folks to get in and out. The pots and pans for the kitchen were very poor quality and unusable in my opinion. Thank you for your feedback, we will make a recommendation to the property owner to update the cookware and linens-Travis in Property Management. We only needed them once to bring us more propane for the outside heater. They were there and replaced the bottle in just a matter of a few minutes. Excellent service!" "This was our first time staying in the north end of Palm Springs and we were not disappointed. We arrived at 3pm and entered the gate and lock box codes with no problems. Within minutes our Christmas vacation was fully underway. We enjoyed the private pool and spa in addition to the townhome itself which was all that we could have wished for. We received excellent service prior to our arrival via email, important as we live in the UK and didn't wish to spend time on the phone. Once we were in residence, we extended our stay. We visited the office and hoped to meet Justin (who had been handling our reservation) but he was off work that day. The other members of the team, although busy, quickly helped us with the paperwork with no delays or loose ends. Many thanks again for that!!! "We absolutely loved the yard/pool area. Both were nice and spacious. Perfect for hanging out outside. Having the heated pool was also a huge plus considering we could swim day and night. The house itself was a beauty. The rooms with king sized beds were amazing. The other two were as well, but just on the smaller side. The reservation team is awesome! I am very meticulous (sometimes neurotic) when planning. The team fielded all of my annoying calls wonderfully. They answered all of my ridiculous questions promptly." "The property was clean and spacious. I believe it was described well on the internet so we knew what to expect. It is an ideal location for a family vacation. There is enough space for everyone to be able to get some peace and quiet when needed. The home was well equipped and very comfortable. I think the property was great. There were plenty of blankets/sheets/towels. the only thing I can think of that we had trouble with was the internet, the toaster in the main house (which seems to be stuck in "bagel" mode) and some minor trouble with the blinds. Thank you for your feedback. We have purchased a new toaster for the main house and will have the blinds repaired-Travis in Property Management. The reservation team and property managers were all wonderful. The reservation was easy. The instructions about the property were perfect and the property managers were available when needed. "In addition to the great location, on a quiet street up the hill yet very close to town, we loved the actual layout of the house. The house features and ENORMOUS open living area (the pics don't do it justice) which is perfect for a rental situation. It is big enough that people can be in different areas (TV area, fireplace area, dining table, kitchen, etc) and feel like they have space. Yet since it is all open, you can easily see and talk (yell!) to each other. The other great thing is that there are two bedrooms on one side of the open area and one bedroom on the other. We had our kids with us on the two BR side and my parents-in-law on the other side. My in-laws had plenty of privacy and could retire early in the evening without being disturbed by our kids. The backyard is very nice as well and the pool / spa was a nice addition. Lastly, the location is close to some hiking trails. Not the greatest hikes in the world, but a four minute walk from the house with no need to take the car. So, we did several short hikes in addition to our treks to Joshua Tree and Mt. San Jacinto. Improvements could be to have a "cheat sheet" for the spa heating system. It is pretty fancy with the remote control unit, but somehow we couldn't easily get it configured the right way. Lastly, the remote for the TV in the kitchen needs new batteries (I think).(Thank you for your valuable feedback; spa "how-to" instructions have been added to for this home for guests' convenience. - The Property Management Team). The service was excellent. When we arrived there were two things that were not working correctly. As is always the case -- it's not so much that there is a problem (things happen!) but it's how you address them that matters. Kelly and others at Vacation Palm Springs came to the house (within about 15 mins of our call) and fixed the stuck shade and got the WiFi working for us. Much appreciated!"
